Nina's House Bespoke Furniture
Helping a premium furniture retailer establish its digital presence and achieve its first sustained period of profitability.
Nina’s House Bespoke Furniture was an independent luxury furniture retailer based on the King’s Road in Chelsea. As the business expanded, it needed a stronger digital presence to complement its showroom and support long-term growth.
Working as Operations Manager, I helped develop both the company’s operational processes and marketing activity. My role extended beyond digital marketing, covering brand positioning, retail experience, customer engagement and the introduction of new digital channels that supported awareness and sales.
